Most orders are charged a standard flat rate between $4.95 and $7.95,
and will be shipped via the best method possible for your
order. Shipping charges are determined by the product purchased, the
quantity and the shipping method. Shipping charges may be adjusted at
the time of shipping. Overnight or rush orders will be additional.
Your order may not ship together as our items are stored in various warehouses. Shipping them separate actually cuts down on the costs to our customers. You will never be charged extra if an order ships separately.
If you have any problems with your purchase, please let us know. We will do our best to remedy the problem. All items to be returned must be in new, unused condition and be returned in the same packaging it was shipped in. If the item is defective, we will send out a replacement after the defective item has been received back to one of our warehouses.
You can return your purchase for a refund minus shipping & handling costs within seven (7) days of receipt of the item. You will be responsible for paying return shipping to us. There also may be a restocking fee charged by the supplier which will be passed down to you.
